Rawr!!! Not roar.
Rawr refers to that person in a meeting, a conference, or in a conversation that feels the need to interrupt, shout, and talk louder than everyone else.
The person that feels the need to be heard because they believe their idea is the best. If they talk the loudest they feel their idea will win.
Yet when difficulty strikes, challenges arise, and things aren’t going well the room falls silent.
I do not feel the need to yell.
I listen, watch, observe, and let those that want to RAWR do so.
I choose to speak when difficulty strikes, challenges arise, and things aren’t going so well.
Speaking when everyone else chooses to be silent demonstrates leadership.
Leaders do not need to shout.
Leaders only need to listen.
